Can I customise my bouquet?

Certainly! Click "Contact Us" on the navigation panel and leave your details down. We will be in touch with you to discuss on customisation ideas that fit your needs.

Do you have any Gift items included in the gift hampers?

Currently we do not have any partnerships for gifts in gift hamper but if you have anything in mind, we can get the items for you to be included in the gift hamper basket. Otherwise, you could also pass us the items to be wrapped together.

Do you do wedding event decorations?

At the moment, we only provide bridal bouquet and corsage services. We do hope to explore wedding day decorations one day so feel free to check with us.

Paynow/GooglePay, please transfer to: +65 9101 0263

Please attach a screenshot of your Bank transfer/Paynow/GPay transaction and email it to us at lolafleurstudio@gmail.com to process your order. Your order is on hold until we receive proof of transaction.

You will receive an email confirmation if you paid by card via our website.

Sorry to inform, currently we do not accept cash or cheque.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I pick-up my order myself?

Certainly! Please select "Self-Pickup" option during check-out for more details.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, we do. Please contact us to let us know about the special arrangement. Otherwise, you could also check-out the product separately as two different orders with different addresses.

Can you deliver within the day of order?

Currently we only accept pre-orders. Please place your orders at least 48 hours before delivery and we will get in touch with you separately if we are unable to fulfil any orders.
